Beth has over 13 years in financial planning, and focuses on helping individuals develop effective financial strategies. She holds a Bachelors and Masters in Psychology, and volunteers as the Treasurer of the Triangle Down Syndrome Network.

Kim is an Integrative Health Coach (IHC) with hundreds of hours of coaching experience helping individuals take action to optimize their health and well-being.

She holds a certification from Duke Integrative Medicine, where she is an IHC instructor. She has co-facilitated research studies focused on coaching and mindfulness, and does stress consults at Duke Executive Health.

Katherine is a Registered Dietitian with more than 10 years of experience who believes in the power of a healthy relationship with real food. She holds a Masters in Public Health, and has more than ten years of experience in community public health and nutrition.

Sami is a Certified Medical Massage Therapist with 14 years of experience who is passionate about helping people alleviate pain from injury, stress and chronic issues.

She graduated from the Medical Arts Massage School, and holds both North Carolina and National licensure in Massage and Bodywork.

She has a Bachelors degree in Public Health, and a Masters of Health Administration with concentrations in nutrition and healthcare administration.

She holds a Masters in Applied Anthropology with a focus on exercise compliance, Bachelors degrees in Biology and Anthropology, and has completed post-graduate courses in Exercise Psychology and Physiology.
