Becky Jacobs
Chief Engagement Officer

Becky is the Founder and Chief Engagement Officer of Simple Change, and has spent more than twenty years in senior leadership roles at various multinational companies, leading teams to greater efficiency and overall impact. She is passionate about creating engaging and productive workplace cultures.

Becky completed her MBA at UNC Chapel Hill, and was recognized by the Triangle Business Journal as a 'Top 40 Under 40' winner for 2015.

Kim Brame McGimsey
Mindfulness

Kim is an Integrative Health Coach (IHC) with hundreds of hours of coaching experience helping individuals take action to optimize their health and well-being.

She holds a certification from Duke Integrative Medicine, where she is an IHC instructor. She has co-facilitated research studies focused on coaching and mindfulness, and does stress consults at Duke Executive Health.

Katherine Andrew
Nutrition

Katherine Andrew, MPH, RD, LND is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters degree in Public Health and has over twelve years of experience in community public health and private nutrition counseling. 

Her work experience includes individual and group health counseling, interactive workshops, food systems consulting, non profit program development and management, business development, and safe skin care advocacy and promotion.

Laura Kellison Wallace
Stress Management

Laura Wallace, MSW, received her Masters in Social Work from UNC Chapel Hill, and has almost 30 years of experience in business consulting, leadership development and coaching individuals and groups.

Her prior roles included Senior Manager of Work-Life Balance at SAS for 14 years, and the Work / Family Program Manager at UNC. She is a trained grief counselor, mediator and facilitator.

Heather Marks
Engagement & Culture

As a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and culture consultant, Heather helps teams focus on strengths to create better business results.

With 25 years of experience in global strategic internal communications, change management, and employee engagement, she also volunteers for the Executive Service Corps of the Triangle.

 

Emily Parks
Productivity

Emily has spent the past 20 years helping businesses find the optimal tools to drive desired results through technology, workspace organization, workflow processes, communication and delegation.

She received a degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University along with a certificate from the Institute for Professional Organizers™, and was recognized by the Triangle Business Journal as a 'Top 40 Under 40' winner for 2015.

Chloe Lipp Wellman
Program Management

Chloe is a workplace health and wellbeing consultant, focused on global program design, implementation and management.

She has a Bachelors degree in Public Health, and a Masters of Health Administration with concentrations in nutrition and healthcare administration.

Jenn George
Wellbeing Education

Jenn is an Executive Coach who creates custom programs to help business leaders increase their performance, and excel in their careers and personal lives. She consults with organizations to develop corporate wellness programs, and lead workshops on building resiliency among teams.

Sami Clark Stowell
Massage

Sami is a Certified Medical Massage Therapist with 14 years of experience who is passionate about helping people alleviate pain from injury, stress and chronic issues.

She graduated from the Medical Arts Massage School, and holds both North Carolina and National licensure in Massage and Bodywork.

Amy Podurgal
Leadership Training

Amy has over 25 years experience in organizational development, change management, training and development.

She is a VitalSmarts Master Certified Trainer in Crucial Conversations®, Crucial Accountability®, and Influencer Power to Change Anything®, as well as Covey certified in Seven Habits of Highly Effective People® and 5 Choices of Extraordinary Productivity®.

Laura Smith
Yoga

Laura completed her 300-hour teacher training and advanced studies program with Chandra Om at the NC School of Yoga, as well as Gentle and Restorative training. She currently teaches Adult Power and All Levels Yoga.

Jennifer Marks
Yoga Instructor

Jennifer Marks has been a Yoga teacher since 2011. She is certified at the 500-hour level and holds specialty certifications in Gentle/Restorative, Prenatal, Postnatal, Yoga Anatomy and Therapeutics through the NC School of Yoga.
