Our company has partnered with Simple Change for almost one year. I reached out to Becky with several goals- to help our company execute a holistic wellness program for our 70+ employees, using the latest and greatest in workplace wellness best practices and within our outlined budget. Becky and her Simple Change team have met and exceeded our goals by introducing financial wellness tools, quarterly chair massage and gentle yoga classes, monthly healthy snack and a myriad of other programs. Becky’s wellness philosophy is to introduce those small and simple behaviors that hopefully aggregate over time into all-around healthy behaviors that are constant and long-lasting. I appreciate this approach to wellness over the old-school method of lunch and learns and biometric screenings.
